Climbing Mt. Adams August 2011

This is an amazing shot from Lunch Counter on Mt. Adams.  You can see Mt. St. Helens but you can also see the sky shadow of Mt. Adams from the sun coming up behind me.  I've never seen anything like it in my life. 

Climbing Mt. Adams was one of the hardest things I've ever done and I have had 4 children!

It was well worth it knowing that I made it to the top! 12,276 feet.
